Very rude and disrespectful, no customer service skills. Was asking if they had certain items and got very rude. Went around 3:35pm on Weds Aug. 27th wouldn’t recommend any body to go there with that type of customer service they had. Very disappointed!

They literally served me a cold sandwich with blood smears inside the bag. I told the guy at the drive thru and he wouldn't even look- he just kept saying" I'm not allowed to take anything back through the window" . I'm calling the health department

Some of the people there are great and work their butts off, down side is they are always out of stuff and struggle to keep up. Feels like a failure on the owners part to set their store up for success.

I see all of these negative reviews and I need to praise my Dunkin. I lI've about 45 minutes north of this Dunkin and I still stop here every morning on my to work. They are a great team who has never messed up my orders. I feel like 90% of people Only leave a review if they had a bad experience so I wanted to add my experience and I definitely will continue to stop here everyday!
