Out of a bunch of drinks, didn’t warn us that none of the drinks had carbonation before we purchased drinks so we all had nasty, flat sodas. Whopper melt was made with Jr. whopper Patties. Staff was loud, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Store was dirty. Honestly ruined BK for all of us, even my 10 yr old brother that has loved it his entire life.

Always get cold food even when not busy. We ate in the dining room and several customer's brought their meals back and demanded then to make their food fresh. The manager shouldn't be free dealing with the customers because she has terrible customer service skills.

I like burger King but it's hit or miss with the stores. Some are miles above others. This store was pretty good got the order right and it was warm. Didn't have to park aside and wait for anything.

By far the best burger I've gone too.... The food was very fresh and made so nicely! We ordered and received our order in less than 7 minutes... Tried the new ghost pepper nuggets there pretty good!

That's a great question. We like to get to know the staff at any sit-down or fast-food restaurant that we frequent, so although the first answer from the cashier would likely be based strictly on the limitations of their menu (which would be no lettuce wrapping), the on-duty Manager would very possibly have a different answer. Burger Kings tag-line advertisement has always been "have it your way", and our experience has been that a brief "tactful" chat with the Manager will usually result in exactly what you want...exemplifying the "have it your way" tag-line. I would ad that the flexibility in any restaurant Manager's ability to accommodate a special request would be largely based on how busy they are at the time of your order/request. As a business person, we've found that tactfully communicating with management will usually result in very positive results for reasonable requests. Just remember the Burger King tag-line of "Have it Your Way" when you go in. Take care.
The clean and disenfect everything to make sure that when the customer comes they will be able to sit at a clean table
I don't eat at Burger King anymore the last two times my husband and I have been at Burger King it's been terrible we ate breakfast one time and thought maybe it was just a one-time thing then we ate lunch it was just as terrible chicken sandwiches were dry overcooked spent too much money there for terrible food I recommend don't eat at Burger King
