ordered two mcdoubles and only got one and the other was a cheeseburger. okay, whatever. But then I go to take a bite and it’s the saltiest burger i’ve ever had. it tasted like they poured salt all over the patty. I couldn’t even finish the food, it was a complete waste of money and time

This McDonalds is always messed up. I often go away with my order wrong, food cold or served by rude kids who know nothing of McDonald's old virtue of "Service with a Smile". When you confront them about your order being wrong, instead of making it right, you get excuses and attitude. There is no longer any pride in doing a good job in America and this store is a prime example. It's not THAT hard of a job and if you can't do it, then bring on technology and get robots in there that will do it right.

It's hard to find good customer service these days. However I had an issue with my order via the online app. The general manager Jeremy went above and beyond his job. I just wanted to say thank you and give a shout out to you. As I don't come across customer service like you provided today.
