Unfortunately, they were out of spicy variety I wanted. The cashier said that they had overcooked the spicy portions and had to be thrown away. I was annoyed but she said they would compensate with the mild. Not really my preference but the service was quick.

The worse fast food experience Ive ever had. We walked in and stood at the counter for a long period while counting 8 employees…several looking at us, but I guess not interested in customers. They were having fun, cell phones out, lots of swearing (f-word and n-word multiple times). Anyway, finally was able to order. Watched our food put in bags and then it just sat there for multiple minutes. I finally asked if that was our food…he said yes, we are waiting for your pies. This is five minutes in. I asked for the food, pies were for desert. All food was cold. Brought the fries back. He gave me more fries from this massive pile of fries that was sitting there when we got there (no heating lamp or any means of heating. These fries were worse. I brought them back and stated I did not even want any more. They are old. He did nothing. You should be highly embarrassed, we will never go back.

My meal did not meet the normal standards of Popeyes. A majority of the fried skin did not stay on the chicken and it was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn't. The chicken did not appear to be fresh and most likely it had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. Requested a Coke Zero and later found out on my own, they only had Diet Coke. My eight piece box of chicken was going to be two meals. I ended up throwing the other half out when I got home. There wasn't any paper towels in the bathroom and there wasn't any napkins in the dinning area.

The food was great. However, they were out of a lot things. The side portions were only about a third of the container. The trash cans were full and the tables were not very clean. The frozen strawberry lemonade was chilled and not frozen. It did taste good though. The biscuits were really good. The restaurant is a lit hard to get too. We had to drive behind a strip mall to get to it.
