My machine didn't spin my clothes out there's nobody here to offer assistance the bathroom is locked if you have to go I'm afraid to put money in the change machine because it may not give me my money this place is nasty and I will never be back

Dirty nasty place. Coin machine doesn't work. Stold a lady's change. Put $20 got $7.25 back.

I had a problem with 2 machines, 1 washer and 1 dryer. The washer ended it cycle much too early, about 10 min according to the other machines I started at the same time and it didn't spin out the clothes so they were dripping wet. The dryer also cut my time short.

It's okay. You can get your laundry done, but no one cleans it. I honestly don't put my clothes on the tables because Lord only knows what's been on it. I went there the other night around 11 pm and there were druggies all around outside, going in the bathrooms and just hanging out like that's their chill spot. I feel like this place could honestly make more money if it got cleaned up all the way around (actual place and the druggies). People don't feel comfortable around druggies (not me personally) and no one wants to do their laundry in a dirty laundry mat. I see elderly people at all of the other laundry mats around town, and they for sure wouldn't go in there, and might be why they don't. Also, a drink machine would be a good idea. People like drinks and snacks while doing laundry.
