I am beyond disappointed in McDonald's here. My 14 month little boy was eating his happy meal when we found a bone in one of his chicken nuggets. If I could rate their service any lower then I would give them a zero or lower. The McDonald's didn't even try to make it right besides trying to replace the nuggets with hamburgers. I can't believe a restraunt centered around children doesn't give a care about my children.

We ordered 4 kids meals chicken nuggets and gave them to the kids and found a bone in it. Went back up there they replaced the nuggets with burgers but didn't apologize. Asked to speak to a manager and she couldn't have cared less that a kid 14 month old kid nearly choked on a nugget with a bone in it. It was the one in Zephyrhills on gall blvd

Normally I hate giving bad reviews, but this time I need to. I'm not sure if they were having an off day or what but the cashier told me that I could not use any of the app rewards and even when I scanned it and it worked she took the free item off so I lost my free items and I thought maybe it was just me then the next customer I watched you the same thing and the girl took his items off and said that that can't be done. They need to train their front desk employees better. The food was okay. The bathrooms were in need of some cleaning and there was absolutely no soap and one dispenser and the dispenser with soap in it did not work no way of disinfecting your hands or cleaning up. I was disappointed it's the nearest one to my house within walking distance and now I have to go to the other one across town very disappointing.

Depending on the time of day-Wednesday evening-Super friendly staff, quick drive thru. Food was hot except fries. Friday morning, rude cashier but everyone else friendly. Had to wait in drive thru spot Great breakfast. Perfect as ordered. Update: Ive been here several times and food is always good. Kitchen staff knows how to hustle. Friendly staff mostly, but there's always one bad seed. I stop by everytime I am in town. Great job McDonald's staff.
