I was a resident at Casa and really didnt focus on what needed to change in me! So i really mad things difficult for myself and the staff however they all showed me a great deal of compassion patience structure which i wasn't used to but most of all a new way of dealing with my disease i thought if i could just have Casa change to meet my wants! Then all would be well no thats not the truth and they made sure to teach me that i was sick mind body and spirit and they promised it would get better if i could just trust the process i did what i wanted and left because i thought i knew best! Didnt take an hour and i was smoking dope agian i still can remember their firm words and all the times they said Mary dont walk out before the miracle i just didn't want to listen. Thank you to all the staff i recently completed a 90 day program and it was because it was there that my treatment began i wasn't ready. I just called this location a few minutes ago and the woman who answered the phone was the rudest person. As an employee she making the whole company look bad. She is the first person of contact people talk to. This location need to remind their employees what customer service is.
