I can't say enough good things about this business. They answered the phone right away and politely asked my questions, as I had not needed this service before. I tried to get a second quote from a national firm, but could not work my way through the answering system to reach a person. They gave me a two hour window, but promised to call when they were 20 minutes away, as that is how long it takes me to get to the storage facility from our house. To give you a feel about the price, which I thought was quite reasonable, I had 65 banker's boxes of documents that needed shredding. I think I paid a total of $505.00. ProShred is a locally owned business. My experience with them was perfect and I highly recommend this business.
