Went to the Carmel Valley store and got great help except they didn't have everything I needed for the new TV I bought accessorywise. I went down the road to the Mira Mesa store and couldn't get anyone to literally get up to help me find the remaining products I needed. Very disappointing!

GEEK SQUAD and staff members 10 out of 10! I used to go to Mission Valley a lot because it is closer to my house and this location is quite a drive, but I don't mind the drive if I am getting excellent customer service. My PC that I built has been having issues for months. I kept bringing it to Mission Valley and every time I was told it was fixed, I plugged it in at home and it was broken. At one point it felt like they didn't do anything to it anymore. I got fed up and brought it to Mira Mesa where they fixed it before. Left it with them for about two weeks and it was worth the wait. The whole crew was so professional and debunked everything and anything to finally get it up and running. I really appreciated their patience and dedication with fixing my custom built pc. It's also never really busy which is great for people that have anxiety in crowds and you never have to fight to find someone for help, they are almost always asking you if you need help. Very pleased with their customer service every time!

Had a good experience at Best Buy this afternoon. I walked in looking for a SteelSeries gaming keyboard. After briefly scanning the keyboard shelves at the back, an assistant came up to help. I told them I was looking for a SteelSeries keyboard. They lead me to the dedicated gaming aisle with all the SteelSeries hardware. The assistant was kind enough to tell me the kind of switches on the Apex 3/5/7/Pro. I ended up picking the Apex 3. At the cash register area, there was no one available. Instead, there was a line up at the customer exchange station. I decided to walk into the area anyways to wait a bit. Luckily, two employees came over and I was helped by one of them. Overall, I was in and out in roughly 15 minutes. It was a good experience.

One of the smaller stores which limits their stock, but truly great staff and some impressive deals, especially on cell phones. Picked up the Samsung 22 Ultra for under $500 after trading in my Note 8. Was so impressed we went back the next day and picked up a second phone for my wife. Great support from Zac. Watched him with some very basic/confused customers and he was very patient and never lost his smile. We knew exactly what we wanted and he took great care of us. Thanks Zac!!

They have digital photo frames, but I don't think they carry the ViewSonic brand. Call them tomorrow after 10am..
They have people from geek squad in the store. Do call ahead and check how much it will cost..
They wanted my old laptop when I bought one from them.
