Such a great customer service by the Genius Bar! They helped me out understanding the technical problem on my phone and found a solution for it. No cost at all with a limited warranty!

I called the UTC store to find out if they had a basic iPad in stock before I made an 80 mile round trip journey from Alpine. They said they had it in stock. I drove there the next day and they haven’t had it there for a long time. Nice work Apple. The guy at the store said go try North County Fair they have an inferior version in stock and it’s only another 40 miles round trip. He offered no store credit or solutions. I guess Apple doesn’t care. I’m going to Costco for $20 less

I had a neutral experience today. The geniuses were helpful and friendly, but didn't help me beyond the hour of reading up on my iPhone SE power cycling issue online that I'd already done. The bottom line is, Apple isn't committed to repairing their products. They provide off-the-shelf solutions to common problems, but won't go any deeper. Don't believe the lie they're selling though! If you want to repair it, it is often quite possible!

The Apple store is incredible. From the products all the way down to their staff, they are awesome. If you're going to make a visit to the Apple store, my recommendation is to call ahead and make an appointment so you don't have to wait in line. It is such a pleasure to get back to some level of normalcy based on what we have experienced in the last 24 months.

i want to make an appointment with genius bar
No luck
Lol this is a public forum...
Yes it's open everyday
Ask apple
Yes, they do. But call to get details.
Yes
Not sure. I ordered online and picked up in store.
I was told you needed to make an appointment, but they DID have a walk-up line as well.
You have to schedule an appointment then they will text you to pick up.. and usually you can book for the same day or next day depends how busy they are..
Search google for apple utc, should see apple.com/retail/utc Look for link on that page. Reserve a shopping session
Checking out the laptop on the Apple.com website and selecting the delivery to be a pickup at UTC will show you if theyre in stock :)
Good luck, my coworker was there and the soonest appointment was 2 months away
Go online or call and try? I don't know why google is asking me this. I haven't so much as touched an apple product in years.
Yes
Call the store
Call in or in person.
Not sure, please call the customer care for more information
That's a difficult one to be precise ...call and ask would be appropriate
On their website or call customer care. In person visits usually have slightly longer wait times. As in if you go schedule and willing to go back then that's an option too.
Yes.
Call the store.
Just don't go.
Yes
What does it matter who Sean is actually? Hard to feel bad for someone who begins his negative comment with "When we was...". Really hope his grammar errors produced a happy result for his situation. For myself, it was a sign I should dismiss his negative comment and see for myself how I'm treated. Possibly arriving on time would have solved the issue?
Appointments are recommend, but I've seen people get away with a walk-in if it's not busy
You need to go to sitting and look for battery settings click on it and than see what is using most of your battery than turn that app off or deleted
