I was conflicted between 3 or 4 stars. Here is why Inventory: 0 stars Staff: 5 stars Rewards: 4 stars Clean: 3 stars (I'm fully aware they don't control inventory but yet it seems they get little to no inventory) I constantly go to this location for my basic prop needs as a makeup artist and craft person. But the only thing about this location is inventory is little to none on alot of things. The staff at check out have always been nice, respectful and glad to help. I have had encounters with shelf stockers upset if you stop them from stocking. I come from a big box retail so I understand but customer comes first. The location is a little dingy and sad feeling cause it seems old. There are areas where inventory is just everywhere, or there is no inventory there is no inbetween. Can you find what you need ? Maybe, sometimes it's luck. Can you get a good customer interaction? Yeah.

UToday I had such a horrible experience. I kindly asked the cashier If i could speak to the supervisor regarding donations for the wonderful super teacher from seminole elementary for teacher appreciation week. Im a mom and part of the PTO board, I never spoke to the manager instead a worker came with a very ignorant attitude didn't even look at me. She spoke to the cashier making me feel a liar/ piece of garbage. Maybe she thought I wanted those donations for myself. She also said to me that they had never been asked that question. She rolled her eyes. And started talking very low with the cashier, i guess making false assumptions about me. Very very disappointing, horrible customer service, never coming to this store again.

Staff attentive to a point, but not enough personnel. Only 2 registers opened out of 6; wait time a little long; checkout process pretty fast; cashier friendly. Organized and clean store. No public bathroom available. Take advantage of coupons and specials. Parking may not be close to the store due to sharing parking lot with the shopping center.
