First and last time customer. The consultant/sales person I was dealing with was EXTREMELY rude, condescending, and problematic. Not only did he talk AT me and not allow me to get a word in but he went on to pivot the conversation to his political beliefs and furthermore insult me and my character in the process. I think it’s amazing when stores have employees that are in the know and are seasoned professionals but CUSTOMER SERVICE is paramount when it comes to sales and that gentleman was lacking in that department severely.

I've been going here for a while but today when I was there the manager of the store brought up politics which isn't smart in a retail environment. I was fine with it until he started trying to push getting vaccinated on me. I have nothing against people who are vaccinated but it's my choice ultimately. This guy is pushing nicotine products at the same time he's preaching vaccines!? Hypocrite!! I won't be back!

The guy who operates this store is very knowledgeable & helpful, he knows all about everything vaping related. I buy all my vapes, coils & juice from here. He is very friendly, the store is always very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend coming here.
