Drive-thru, took 30 minutes from ordering to get a single combo. Fries weren't seasoned. Burger wasn't fully wrapped; it fell apart in the bag. They forgot to hand me a straw (I caught that tho). Unfortunately, the only thing they did right was charge me. Oh jeez, I better go check my bank statement! Edit: Oh! And something in the fries was not a fried potato. That's when I decided not to cut these guys a break and post this. This was late night Thursday 7/28. 2 dudes were running the joint.

First time I visit this location for checkers and the last time. Pull up to the drive-through and placed our order after waiting in line about 7 to 8 minutes. As we waited we observed the car in front of us receiving food after about a minute they pass the food back and I thought oh they have the wrong food. Then the way the cashier gave them different bags. We pulled up and at the cashier gave me the food that the previous customer had gone through, how filthy is that I advise the cashier that it was unacceptable that I would not except that food . The cook came to the window said she would make us fresh food, apologize for the situation. Against my better judgment I allow them the opportunity to make it right mistake number two. Chicken nuggets were hard as a rock they appeared like cook dog food. Impossible to reach them phone.

Good food. Service was a bit slow and seem to usually miss an item in the order. Always check to make sure you have everything before you drive away.

Just read "T"s review and I agree 100% which sux cause you wanna support these burger joints but yep just like sonic cold food. When I pulled up no one at drive thru window just one car in line at the speaker. They took forever to take a 3 person order then once they pulled up I was told to "check out the menu" while I waited. :( And yeah I waited. Finally get to the window...they had one job. 2 for 4 dollars??? I ordered 2 hamburgers and a sweet potato fry. I only got 1 burger and the cold fries. Had to ask for the rest of my order. The only good checkers I've ever been to is in the Tampa Bay area. Rest of em seem to suc Cold burger and cold fries. I won't be back.
