It is quite literally an H&M that's in the middle of a city. The employees are very nice and there's 2 floors with an escalator. Massive selection of clothes and the bottom floor is women's while the top is men's clothing. Very good store but I think there could be a variety of less basic clothing. More bright colors would be ideal.

The almond croissant was one of the best I have tasted. The staff was welcoming and made you feel comfortable. The decor was tasteful and everything was spotless. I will return when in Philadelphia.

I am currently in Philly for January as I train for my new job. I visited the store on 01/05/2022 6:02pm. I was in need of tights to wear with a dress for work the next day. The store was very clean and well organized. I found the tights but I had a question and approached a woman who worked there. As I started to speak to her, she just kept walking away and shook to say no. That was it. She couldn't be bothered to even wait for me to ask a question and just walked away. I have worked in retail and customer service and understand the demands of the job, but I also understand that customer service should be a given. I was a bit taken a back and upset. I made my purchased and left. The last time I shopped at a H&M was a year ago and I don't know that I would go back. So, I guess if you need assistance, this is not a location to ask for it.

Love this H&M! Everyone is so cool and the selection is the largest in the city. The over the shoulder ‘purse’ (see pic) is literally the best thing I’ve bought in a while! Winter coats, belts and shoes have all been found at this H&M!
