I would rate this store zero stars, if Google permitted. This is a racist establishment that fails to understand that excellent costumer service keeps the lights on. The sales associate was nice and “friendly” until I asked about the return policy. Immediately, the sale associate’s demeanor changed. She “forgot” to put the receipt in my bag to hinder my ability to ever have the option of returning the bag. This store is not for any non-white costumers. This review is merely to warn others. Do not think you are incapable of receiving the same treatment I encountered. This place needs to be shut down because in 2022, I should not have to leave a review to warn others of racism. I escalated this issue to their corporate office.

Racist establishments. I recommend that all non white people avoid this place. As someone who shopped all over the world this has been the only place I’ve ever been treated and accused of using a DISPLAY bag that was damaged when I tired to return it. From when I Purchased the bag the women who checked me out “forgot” to give me a receipt and was very taken aback when I walked back to the register and asked for one. They sold me a damaged display and claimed I used it when I tried to return it and refused the return. The way the manager spoke to me I’ve never been more disrespected. Please avoid, I hope this place goes out of business.
