Very open space. Like the fact there are restrooms available for the children!! Peaceful at times.

The kids love to come here with their skates. We are always lucky to find older guys to teach a thing or two about skateboarding to the kids 😁

Yes, but i suggest you don't bring a bike because there are a lot of kids skating around and they could get hurt by crashing into you
As to my knowledge no, the park staff is very strict to what is their responsibility, mainly on how they view some of the visitors to the park. But to be honest open it and feint ignorance.
scooters are allowed. if it's a electric sccoter then no they are not allowed but any other scooter yet there allowed.
