First of all I arrive with a very full pickup load and the building and facility look old and run down I weigh then proceed into the yard and notice several cranes and I go to a magnetic crane and there isn't an operator in it i end up unloading my load by hand myself also noted that there wasn't much room to. Turn around and the road inside was absolutely riddled with deep ruts and dips requiring to move very slow and was quite littered with nails , sharp pieces of metal and numerous hazards which could easily flatten tires they were paying 30-40 dollars less per ton than their competitors then they pay in a form of a check which required a drive through Norfolk to the other end of town to cash this was an irritating inconvience the office inside was very dirty didn't see or notice and restrooms water fountain or soft drinks machine and the one woman attendant was rude and impersonal would discourage any person trying to make a few extr a bucks collecting and selling scrap metal from thus place .I will never do business with them again !😠

Since management changed it's a whole different place! Friendly workers and crane operators now versus walking on eggshells and wondering how bad of a mood the crane operators we're going to be in before.
