I do believe it's $12 or $14 a night stay for tents and no tents are allowed to be set up in the RVs spot\on the concrete slab where the electricity hookups are
You can fish in the park, or you can access the river from the cowboy trail. You will need a fishing permit.
I think you gotta check with the City of Norfolk or drive through and see if there's a phone number for reservations
