We really need a drop off box that bigger prepaid package can go into and be able to get a drop receipt like most places have. I’m always either trying to get past people or wait in a very long line just to place a package on the counter and sometimes there’s no room to put things it’s pretty small area, plus anyone could just take something from it, there’s only ever one or 2 people working , it would just be so much easier if we could have a drop for our bigger things scan and get a receipt it’s about time the Norfolk,NE post office updates to the real world of today instead of outdated style of put it on the counter and hopefully no one takes off with your prepaid package.
