Where to start. It has been a year since i left AJM, and i still cannot believe everything the company put their employees through! The front office LITTERALLY smells like sewerage, the facility gets extremely hot and extremely cold, the expectations are beyond reasonable and it is very micro managed by the cooperate team. I understand quotas and metrics must be met, but they focus on the wrong thing and never really care to improve the work life experience. its shameful that my new employer helped shape things into perspective for me, and really paints a picture of how bad things really are at AJM. ZERO stars if i could. I do not recommend you work here.

High turn over, probably because a work/life balance is not supported by this company. Salary employees are treated like hourly employees, they must clock in too. HR system controls are insufficient, several hours wasted correcting time schedules and one must notify corporate directly for excused absences vs. having the capability to correct onsite. As an HR professional, I cannot support such culture and employees having NO life. They ask a lot from salary employees, they have to work a minimum of 45 hours a week, every week! Employees must work under strenuous heat conditions. Employees must clock in on time or it's a point. 7 points is a termination. There is no grace period. No employee parking. I'll never buy their plates again!
