Nice store with plenty of variety. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for this is a good place to visit. If you see something you like it probably won't be around next visit, though. Lots of cloths and shoes, this is my go to for luggage needs though. If you want brand name clothes at Walmart prices, shop at Ross.

I went for a return and saw that my account was charged instead of credited. Went back two days later to correct the situation and was told I have the wrong type of receipt and the amount is off. Now I have to waste my time and gas to go back a THIRD time to get my money back. I have the exact receipt they gave me and they are saying it's wrong? Yes, because your employee obviously made a mistake. I don't go printing fake receipts.

Manic parking outside with so much traffic on the Sunday afternoon we visited. The shop was equally busy and there was a long line to check out, causing a 30 minute delay to pay. Not too many things in the clearance sections. Store was very untidy, even for Ross. Employees just ignored items on the floor, even as they walked by.
