I bought 2 pairs of shorts for my daughter that were on a rack with a sign that said 2 for $30. When I got to the register, I noticed they didn’t ring up as $15 each and when I mentioned it, the girls told me that the sign shouldn’t be on the rack and refused to change the price of the shorts. It was fan false advertisement, and I won’t be shopping there again. The girls were also in no hurry to go correct their mistake and take the sign down so others won’t be misguided like I was.

I paid for my clothes but the cashier didn't remove the anti theft button! The scanners at the doorway didn't sense it, and I walked out with the button still on the clothes. Now I have to go back another day and get the button removed.

My wife finally found a dress she loves in Forever21 for Valentine's day. She came out for a few seconds to show me the dress she loves she returns to the dressing room And comes out confused she walks up to the desk and ask one of the Managers did they see her clothes turns out another manager took her clothes from the dressing room we ask do they always take people's clothes out of the dressing room the Manager said supposably the room was left alone for too long and I ask what about the young white lady that kept coming out showing her boyfriend her clothes and the manager Changed her story to it was done because they were known thieves in the store. I ask where the thieves mexican and the manager said yes.. When will the racial profiling stop!?!?!??!?!?!?!? Never going back there ever again!!!!!

Love Forever 21! Hard to fit me into most of the garments because I have a big bust and the clothes are designed for people with small busts, but I appreciate the low prices. However I understand that the low prices come from child labor.
