They take good care of the residents in the home and the nursing staff is really good. Now the bad.... My mom died there on 2/2/22 and Table Rock pulled twice for ~$1800 totaling over $3600 for 02/01/22 month payment. On 2/8/22 after finding out we have no money (over drawn by quite a bit), I found that they double pulled for February even though mom is dead. I called them and Christina told me "Sir we owe you nothing!". After arguing with her he looked at the ledger (why wasn't she doing that from the beginning). She saw that yes they pulled twice for February, and that shouldn't have happen since mom died on the second. Fast forward over a month and talking with other people there, and I'm still heavy in the negative and accruing overdraft fees at my bank. I have not received any money and everyone we talked to there says yes we owe you and the check will be in the mail... for over a month now. Might seek legal advice shortly

Beautiful facility. Tony is very polite and respectful. We enjoyed the tour and will keep Table Rock in mind when we decide to move mom into memory care. The care staff was very nice and caring. We loved hearing about the activities and the residents look like they are enjoying themselves.

I cannot say enough positive things about Table Rock Memory Care and the entire staff!!! To start, the intake process and home evaluation was professional and efficient. Upon my dads first day at the facility, the staff was as helpful and polite as could possibly be. Not only to my dad but my entire family. The caregivers, Med tech's and nurses were all friendly, skilled at their jobs and above all, caring toward my dad and again our entire family. We couldn't have picked a better facility! If you're looking for perfections, I don't think you will ever find it. No one can care for your loved one better than you can at home. But when the care level exceeds what you can handle at home, Table Rock Memory Care is an excellent place for your loved one to transition to. A Big Thank You to the entire staff for all of your hard work, care and love you give each and every day. Not only to my dad, but each and every resident at the facility. You are all incredible! Our whole family is eternally grateful to each and everyone of you. You are Greatly Appreciated!!!

So far, so amazing. Table Rock has excellent staff compared to other facilities our family has lived with. The communication and staff are fantastic with helping out families the best they can. My mom needed to move from Portland to Medford and the staff was so accommodating to her needs. The beds, rooms, and facility structures are much cleaner than the past facility my mom was living at. I couldn't be more happy to know my mother is in good hands! From previous posters, I think the facility is under new management so hope all is going better!
