I've been ordering product from Bio-Alt for approx 15 years now and couldn't be happier. Primarily, I've ordered Oil of Oregano and Peppermint oil. GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Like many companies, they may have experienced some staff shortages during, and due to, the pandemic, but I have never had a negative issue.

I placed an order 8/12/21, my account was debited 8/14/21. I called and left two messages when I didnt receive product. Now when I call it says “memory full.” Very disappointed with lack of tracking and inability to reach customer service

I have been purchasing from B Altvs for 17-18 years and recommend them highly. I Live pain free now and have real energy. I’m 71 and found the products way cheaper in cost than anywhere. I really save like 75-80% in supplements compared to Healthfood stores. I declared war on sugar 21 years ago just let you know 🤣👍 Johnny

CHECK BBB WEBSITE ON THESE GUYS!! Apparently they have gone out of business. Had dealt with them (Chris) for years and always had trouble getting packages on time and now my last order was incomplete. Was told they would resend. That was a month ago. No one answers the phone and Answer Machine says "Memory Full"...
