Per “Corporate” only five visitors are allowed in on any given day for the entire building. It has made it difficult to help a friend move in and get settled if you don't get one of the five visitor slots for the entire building. I assume this is a COVID protocol and may end soon.

Yrs by law they have to accept HUD, but the renter has to stay within their shopping dollar limit. Anything over, the renter has to cover I do believe. And or HUD tells you to keep looking.
