Bring your appetite! The ceviche trio is amazing, I loved all three. And the potato appetizer comes in a yellow pepper sauce that is a must try. Fried fish with mixed seafood on top was very flavorful. The staff is super nice and helpful. They also have a full bar an great Mojitos… Bonus😁 I am definitely going back soon 💕

Delicious food, friendly service, and great prices. Tried a few dishes on this first visit and really enjoyed them all. Very flavorful and fresh! The food was ready quickly and served at the perfect temperature.

Fried fish was excellent, topped with a delicious sauce, onions and tomatoes. However they added a side of cold boiled sweet potato and a quarter of a boiled egg. Not appetizing. The chicken with noodles was super salty. The ambience is wonderful for Coral Springs. Good staff and nice decor. Will come back to try other dishes.

Mancora Ceviche Bar is definitely one of the places in town with a huge variety of authentic Peruvian traditional Food. You name it, seafood, ceviches, and other deliciously and traditionally made Peruvian delicacies. The dishes are generous well served and all of it is delicious.
