This is the REAL DEAL. I’ve always thought Spokane bagels were pretty average and these guys came in and have set a new standard. My only complaint was the wait, but there were soooo many people that there is nothing you can really do about it. Once you take a bite, the wait suddenly becomes a thing of the past and you understand why you were in line.

Incredible bagels. I'm no bagel expert, but I can safely say these are the best I've ever had. They absolutely live up to the hype. The staff seems super friendly and enthused, too, and are very helpful.

Just wonderful. We had the bacon & cheddar, blueberry French toast, everything, plain, & dill pickle bagels along with sun dried tomato, plain, strawberry and raspberry cream cheese spreads - all incredible. The bagels were cooked perfectly and I loved the baguette like texture. The thing I love most is just how American-dreamy it is for someone to be able to learn a skill & share it with the rest of us. Often times we forget just how incredible it is to be human, and just how incredible it is to share our gifts with the world. A fabulous, fabulous addition to Spokanes budding culinary world. Thank you!

Was finally able to preorder online and snagged some (tip: order at 3pm for next day pickup). These bagels were all soft, yet chewy on the inside. Crisp and crusty on the outside. Next time I'll get one small shmear per bagel :) Tried pesto and the scallion. Both excellent. Customer service is amazing.
