Ordered 3 donuts and 10 donut holes via Uber Eats. I received 4 donuts and no donut holes. My goodness. How difficult is it to ensure that a donut order is correct?

Great staff! Today I took my mom to Krispy Kreme for the first time. She ordered an ice coffee with extra extra espresso. Before making the drink the staff Pretia and Janice were kind enough to confirm with my mom that the extra extra espresso is what she wanted by showing her how much is in there before making it. Looking out for your customers is so awesome! Thanks guys!

Very disappointed. Placed an order for my work office for a very important meeting 2 weeks earlier and fully paid. They don't deliver the doughnuts and when i try calling to find out what happened, they hung up and then wouldn't pick up. Had to call corporate who then had the store call me and they lied and said driver was on the way, but when he doesn't show up, I call and was able to speak to someone who admitted they had ran out of the doughnuts and would give us whatever they could create so not only was the order almost 2 hours late, but they didn't take care of the order as they were supposed to.

Great experience. The best coffee, if you haven't tried it. I had a cappuccino with sugar and it was delicious. We also got some donuts and got to see how they pass the donuts for glazing. They have one of the best donuts and I don't even like donuts like that, so thumbs up for that guys. Really like this place.
