Definitely a beautiful hotel 🏨, with friendly guests. It feels like everyone here including the tourist are like family. I love the walking distance to Cracker Barrel which serves great food at low prices. This is a wonderful hotel option for those who are traveling with pets as well. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean.

Austin, Manger, very rude. Killed my beautiful cat after finding him in the first floor hallway on Sunday, May 29, 2022. He then came banging on our door, in room 109, and yelled at my 80 year old father that we had to leave. We paid upfront until June 12, 2022 and didn't get a refund, or an explanation as to why he murdered my animal. The man has no control over that place. The police are there almost daily. And drug dealers circle the motel all day and night. Unsafe, horrible. Don't stay at Woodspring Suites. There's nothing good about it. Coleen De Roberts immimmediately. We were paid up untip

I do not think this is the best place to stay at the pictures on google, that’s not what you get. There was a bug on the bed, shower was nasty when I got in. As I asked for a refund cause I didnt use the room, I went in checked it out and didnt like it at all. I went downstairs to ask for a refund they didnt want to give it to me. Luckily I stayed there for 1 night cause if I would do a couple I would go crazy. Do not recommend at all.

I have stayed 15 days at the hotel and not once they came to clean my room, switch towels or anything, when I complained the front desk said that I had to put the trash out and bring the towers down to switch and that I was not on a Hilton or a Mariott also she said that for the price I was paying I should not complained. But, I paid 120,00 per day to stay there, if you have the option to go to another place do it, the staff is just rude.
