This restaurant really sucks! Manager is not customer focused. I take 45 minutes to get an Uber order that supposed to be ready in 15… always they are slow and Liz (the waitress) told me… (“Kitchen is Full Capacity”) with the restaurant at half occupancy. Shame on you BWW. That Why I love Hooters!!!

This was my first time there and a bad experience. I ordered fries and chicken, and they didn’t place my fries in the bag as I noticed when I left. I ordered Lemon Pepper, and the chicken tasted good but no real lemon pepper seasoning was on it. The chicken was not hot either. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Great customer service by Brice. He had a great attitude. He was taking care of bar area and regular dining area and had a pleasant attitude. He brought me a sample sauce to try before I ordered my wings to make sure I liked it. He also made sure that we were never out of drinks. We will come back again.

$15 dollars for a bag of letters and one chicken tender piece. Over priced, and the other food was cold. The MAnager has no idea how to run a kitchen or a Restaurant. If you don't want to waste your money and have inadequate services, don't come to this place.
