La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Deerfield Beach I-95 at Hillsboro E

So I flew in to Ft. Lauderdale airport and there wasn't anything nice nearby that wasn't crazy expensive. I wasn't looking to spend too much since I was only going to be there a couple of nights. Got off I-95 and went to the wrong La Quinta. Funny enough, there are 2 that are within minutes of each other. Finally got to the right one and I would say the room was functional, not really clean. The floors were really dirty and the air conditioning unit was old (thus very loud). The best was fine, the shower was fine so all in all the room did it's job but I wouldn't stay here for comfort. No housekeeping as we are still dealing with COVID.

The bathroom was dirty with pee on the toilet. The tub wouldn’t drain after showering even after 30-45 minutes later. There was a banging on the floor above us all night and all morning. Also the room was said to include a fridge which was not there and no microwave either. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Also asked if there was anything we could do to compensate for the inconvenience and they said they would call back in 3-5 business days and there’s nothing they can do. Very sad and disappointing situation

Stay was terrible. Very dated, Not very clean and very run down. Grounds not maintained at all. Dingy hotel with no amenities such as breakfast as advertised. The breakfast was an apple, prepackaged muffin and a bottle of water. I expected more from La Quinta as I stayed at one years ago. Now I will never stay at a La Quinta again. Being a Wyndam hotel I expected better. They should be embarrassed to have a hotel like this in their portfolio. Will stick to Marriott's, Sheraton's, Holiday Inns and Hilton's for now on even if I have to pay more.

Stayed there January 29 checked in late the room didn't have a refrigerator, going up the steps it was so dirty along with the wall and door. inside the bed was clean 👌but everything else was a mess lots of sugar ant and I didn't have anything to eat in the room the shower the stopper had broken off and put to the side the shower water wasn't running out, in the morning I stand by the dresser and the bottom drawer falls on my foot because it weren't a drawer just a piece of board pushed in o could go on and on One thing was good the check out receptionist was very pleasant!!!
