The place is a little rough on the outside. The room was updated and clean. The pool area was very nice and the staff was outstanding. So overall there is not anything to complain about.

Positive: The breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice. Having the play pen, and having it already in the room upon our arrival was superb service. Thank you. Negative: The room wasn't as clean as expected. The floor was dirty, we found dirt on the new towels, and everything seemed a little worn overall.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Checked in at 10 pm, very tired, the room had a bad musty odor, finally figured out the air conditioning didn't work, had to fix the toilet ourselves, floor was dirty, and we were charged 250$ for a very out dated poorly cleaned room. Complained to front desk who in turn gave me manager name. Called 3 times and was ghosted. My recommendation is “Do not stay at this hotel!” I should have read the reviews. Looks like management responds to each negative review but does nothing to rectify the situation!

This must be the worst BEST WESTERN PLUS in the world. Very run down and in desperate need of an update. We are from the UK and had a 3 night stay here. If you stay you will have to service your own room! The hotel only service rooms on selected days, however this information is secret until after registration. Expect a dirty floor in your room. They are hard floors no carpet. You will need shoes on at all times otherwise your feet will stick to the floor. If these rooms are not serviced then this problem only gets worse. On checkout expect no receipt to see what your charges are. We were promised a 10% discount by the duty manager when checking out for the poor quality of hotel and servicing our own room. The discount is still coming.
