We have just moved in and I already went to rate 10X 5 stars. I knew I wanted our unit the day that we toured - Max was absolutely incredible in showing us the tour, answering all of our questions, and moving things along smoothly. The units are so beautiful, updated, and the best is the yard options. We are so happy!

(Updated at the bottom) I am only giving two stars because I love the property but the way we have been treated during the application process is unacceptable. Gave them tons and tons of information regarding income and nothing was enough. This whole process has been dragged out for about a MONTH. Paid the application fees which we knew were non-refundable as stated online but we also paid a redecorating fee of $350 come to find out that is non-refundable as well after 72 hours. We were never told that by anyone throughout this whole month nor is it online. Why would we pay for a non-refundable redecorating fee if we didn't know we weren't going to get it back and not even move into 10x??? In the end, we were not able to move forward even though we are well qualified to pay the rent. Very upsetting knowing this is one of Grant Cardones properties, someone who I admire and what he has built over the years. UPDATE: Received a call from Stephanie expressing her apologies for the strenuous process and a refund for the redecorating fee. Stephanie understood our situation completely and noted the things that she agreed needed to be worked on. Knowing she’s there, we would definitely consider applying again in the future. She expressed so much concern and care in her call with us. Still a beautiful property! Stephanie, thanks again so much!

Strictly Realtor Perspective: I showed my clients the property mid-November. They liked it and put in an application immediately and gave a deposit. The Management was undergoing a "transition" so it would be processed "tomorrow" or the next day or the next day... My clients sold their home and needed to be in at the end of November. The staff and Manager, Stephanie continued to string myself and clients along until the 11th hour. I called Corporate and they were aware of the issue but also had no solutions. On the various occasions that I was there in-person residents were unhappy that rent could not be paid online without a fee and often times the phone would not be picked up by staff because they were inundated. 2 days after my clients supposed move-in they were declined but I already pulled their credit and background. They WERE well-qualified. After another call to Corporate, the Manager Stephanie called me and said an email was sent to my clients a day earlier but no such email was sent. They had not even had their email address correct! I was left scrambling after wasting 15 days on 10x with no so much as an apology. My clients had 600k in the bank decent credit and nowhere to live. I quickly found them another place in Ft. Lauderdale that had a competent property management company. They were approved in 2 days and moved in without any issues. I'm not sure what 10x is seeking and I initially thought racism might be at play but who knows. I write the review TODAY on 3/7 several months later because this is how long it took for my clients to receive their deposit back. That was after quite a few follow ups. Do yourself a favor and find any other property!

My experience with the maintenance department at 10 Living Fort Lauderdale has been amazing! I started living here while the building was owned by Bask. Since the beginning of my time here, Carlos has been a huge help. Anytime I have an issue with something in my unit he responds quickly, orders parts in a timely manner, and is always professional. I would highly recommend!
