He was right on top of my urgency for viewing and helped me from beginning to.end with the rental making certain I was carefully guided and successful throughout. We moved in around two months ago and have loved every minute of it! The building has amazing amenities and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Chris was our leasing specialist and made the process very seamless and fun, he took care of all our immediate requests and was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns raised. Working in hospitality myself I would thoroughly recommend living at the Vu New River and make sure you ask for Chris!

Great location, especially for pet owners! Staff and residents are friendly, amenities are nice. Gym actually has a barbell and a squat rack, which is very hard to find. Lived here for a year and I definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing atmosphere by the river. Our doggy was so happy to come here after living in NYC!

I lived at Vu New River for a year and really did love my experience living there. Everyone was so friendly! We will miss the staff! Especially Vanessa and Oscar. Shout out to you guys! You really made our living experience there amazing. Other yea their was some parking issues here and there. Really was a great place to live and we’ll miss it very much! **** And to the person who called out “Alex Berner” (my boyfriend) I accidentally put my own review on his business account. (What a crime, oh god) And OOOHH NOOO here I go again posting another nice comment about the building! WOAHHHHH!! Never met this “Vin” guy. Don’t listen to him. No place is perfect, but the staff does their best to keep everyone happy. Also no one forced me to write a nice review. I honestly had a great experience. So happy apartment hunting.
