Roach infestation, long wait for maintenance and just dirty. Order coming from the a/c vents just horrible. They good thing that I can say is the rental price.

I have been shopping around for an apt. becuz I am paying a lot of rent for an apt. in Deerfield Beach. I came across these. THANK YOU for all the disgusting reviews! I will be SURE not to even consider such a dump - roaches, water leaks, a rude manager! Oh my God!! Where I live it's paradise compared.to this!! I live in a quiet neighborhood with no crime, free pest control every month, water included and SAFE! This truly sounds like a ghetto!! Wow! 😳😳😳😳

1. I had to bomb the unit on the day that I got my keys because the WHOLE COMPLEX is roach infested. The roaches eventually made their way into the refrigerator. 2. I wasn't even there for a month and the guest bathroom toilet flooded half of the unit, I actually told them that something was wrong with it 1 week prior. Then it took them 3 weeks to come clean it up, and that's after I caught them in a lie saying that they did. I had a 6 month old at the time and couldn't even allow him to crawl like a normal baby. 3. The pool was moldy and all they did was paint over the mold. One of my children got an infection in his mouth from the mold. 4. It's gated but anyone can walk in and security let guest in sometimes, without even calling the resident. 5, 6, 7, 8,9, 10. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
