Went there yesterday for a starter for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I opted for a new starter instead of a rebuild. Well after truck was up on lift and old starter was out it was determined they gave me the wrong part. Thanks so much O'Reilly for costing me for 3 hours labor instead of the 1 hour that was quoted. I begged the guy @ O`Rileys to double and triple check the part #`s so this wouldn't happen but it did anyway

Usually only go when the advance auto close to my home is trying to make me pay exaggerated prices but overall nice auto parts store. Saved about 30% on parts that would've cost way too much at advance auto and I'm grateful for that. Staff can be a bit more attentive but it's fine the woman I dealt with today got me what I needed and out the door in literally minutes.
