So the place that literally has chicken in it's name runs out of chicken?? I find that just fascinating that when you're in the Drive-Thru an employee comes out tells everybody in the line that there's no more bone-in chicken but yet I am waiting in this line for no reason because I can't get my family what they wanted and now I'm wasting my time my gas and I'm going to leave with no food.

As so many families work so hard everyday being able to get a good dinner is important! At this location I can count on fresh food and world 🌍 class service. Thank you to Steven who’s made drive -through pick ups feel like amazing speed dash dinner 🍽. Steven is kind, well spoken and extremely professional. Today was the first time I actually had to wait 30 - 45 minutes for an online order, that was to be ready in 15mins. per their response. There was only one person working on the online orders. Mind you, I only purchased a small tropi-chop. The lady ahead of me had already been there 45 mins, and customers inside and out were leaving quicker with thir orders. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I adore Pollo Tropical, and their food is delicious, but they have a few problems. The chicken isn't always cooked properly, and the skin is sometimes a little too watery, and the rice is a little too little. Everything else is amazing, but I just wish they could address these issues.
