If I could give negative -100 I would. I've lived 7 minutes away for 4 years and after giving up this locations delivery I've been don't pick up on us1 for a while. Recently I've been doing pick up here and since pizza was Always ready I figured to try delivery again. Bad idea. After a hour and a half no pizza, I called they told me it would be another hour since they only have one driver but I could pick up my order. I show up 7 minutes later left my phone home and everything just so I can get my food to my family. After asking for a manager and waiting another 7 minutes being told none there After the girl goes to the back and obviously speaks to someone. Another guy comes and check for my order only to tell me it was canceled 2 minutes ago because they were backed up and hadn't gotten to it. By now it was almost 2 hours of me ordering my pizza and his only explanation was "its a Friday ma'am". Add insult to injury all the prices are different in stores so I had to wait for one of them to feel like calling the manager, *who wasn't there, on the sneak tip and pulled up my account of previous orders and I just went with my most previous order since this one hadn't even started. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. Worst experience and they still couldn't tell me when a manager would be in apparently they don't have one. I told the driver I'd work Friday to show them how to properly put orders out. I've worked in fast food and operate a catering business, this is not it. Shame on dominoes. I will be writing corporate, I should not be inconvenienced by being stuck with them as my delivery option. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM NOT EVEN FOR PICK UP. Still no one apologized

They never answer the phone. I have being calling and waiting my order for 2 hours. So, after waiting for more than 2.5 hours , we decided to come to the place to pick up our pizza. And not surprisingly, they haven’t even started our order, the woman (Shaquilla is the name on my order) working here is screaming and complaining like is our fault we want to eat(and spend out money here by the way). Just do your job and stop arguing with the customers, I can’t understand why customer service is so bad. Also, we ask her why they don’t answer the phone and her answer was “it doesn’t work.” So we called again, and the phone started to ring!!!! She on top of her horrible attitude just lied to us! And finally, they don’t do deliveries!!! Why they offer them???

All shades of Terrible.... Is Domino's Headquarters even aware of their performance? Or perhaps the store needs help ...lots of help . * Average number of employees you see if you go to the store : 1 or 2 * 2 out 3 times they cancel the online order, and they don't let you know . . * The average time you get to be on hold over the phone is about 25 minutes . If they answer , they say " I'm by myself , sorry " and they hang up * The average delivery time is about 2 hours on a weekday * Sometimes they call me 30 min after placing the order saying they don't deliver * When I place an online carryout order , the tracker keeps changing the pick up time . When it says it is finally ready, about 45 min later and i get there, the only person there tells me she hasn't even started making it . Enough is enough...Today Domino's ends for me . They can keep their points , their free offers . They will never improve!

Unorganized, placed an order for two sandwiches almost an hour in advance and they are still unable to have the order ready on time. They need to be more realistic in being able to keep up with demand if they have staffing issues. Also when faced with the inevitable line of customers coming to pick up their order, the man at the counter is going to tell customers he doesn’t see none of our orders. He says this after leaving me to wait 10 minutes to see about the sandwiches I came to pick up. Dominos is trash, these poor experiences really make you not want to order anything from them.
