Went thru the drive thru in Bandon. Ordered from the regular menu a mint chip shake med $4.69. At the window got shake, no spoon, no straw..receipt said 1MD shake premium $4.69 Mint chip................$.30 When I asked the girl at the window why the extra charge? She said because you asked for mint chip...our equipment is not set up for special orders and the chips might break the machine.

I live in the area and I go here often. The service is garbage, I asked for onion and they put a whole onion slice with every ring still together on my burger. They can't ever get the wraps done correctly. People just walk through the drive thru like its not a huge liability issue, they charge 50 cents for 1 tomato slice. Just all around a terrible place to eat. Since covid in 2019 they have been closed every weekend which doesn't make sense because that's when most people are looking to eat out, or go on vacation. The manager has to be slightly retarded to run this buisiness this way. Overall I'd say just keep driving to the next town.

I don’t usually leave reviews on fast food places unless it is truly warranted.. tonight we had a couple burgers and Blizzards that were good but what most stood out to us was the amazing service we encountered from the lady at the drive thru window! She was awesome, personable, funny and was by far the nicest person I’ve encountered in a drive thru in years. We will definitely be back when we visit Bandon in the future. I didn’t catch her name but she had some pretty awesome Crocs on.
