Whoever the rude woman was that answered the phone on 3/22/22 @ 9:02am does not need a job in customer service. Her attitude is poor and knowledge of passport applications is ridiculous. Ma'am if you did not not want to come to work you should have stayed home. There is no reason to have the attitude you displayed that early in the morning. The Post Office just opened! Management needs to step up there customer service trainings! If I wasn't at work I would given her a piece of my mind. USPS DO BETTER!

By now April 15, I hope you have received your package.
No appointments needed Just go In the facility and one of the clerks will walk you through it
No I can't help
Some customers have been told that there package is at a whare house facility in District Heights. You may need to go to the post office to get an answer. If you go to the post office on Marlboro Pike be prepared to see workers walking around instead of helping customers. There was only one counter open when I was there. I prefer the post office off Hampton parkway in District Heights. They have several helpful workers.
This is the wrong person you talkin to you need to call the post office because I am not the post office
Yeah
I'm sorry, I don't know what the number is.
You should call them and ask
No, but I do believe they will be delivering parcels.
Due to the storm, are they closed? I think that they're open.
Contact the USPS and file a claim stating your package was delivered to the incorrect address. Also, contact the original shipper of the package informing them your package was misdelivered.
Your address is at the end of the route. That is how the route was set up there is nothing the carrier can do about that.
