Down right horrible, and my expectations were not big. They stopped selling ice cream products at 9pm, 5 hours before closing which is ridiculous. Cheese fries were completely crusted over, they had to be an hour old to be that crusted. Tried to take one fry out and lifted the entire order up from table, was like glue. Didn’t trust the burger after the way the fries came so it too ended up in the trash. Waste of time driving there, 10 minutes to get order with no cars in front and waste of money too.

My first time here and whoever took my order was very inpatient. The food wasn't bad, much more on the menu to try. I liked their chili cheese fries and shake was real good.

I haven't eaten at this establishment in quite a while. So I was looking forward to stopping by since I was in the area. The best thing about this experience was the fast delivery of our food and the slushies. When the food arrived it was lukewarm and not cooked properly. I always order the toasted burger or the toasted chicken sandwich. Upon opening my toasted burger sandwich, the bread just appeared to be white bread that had butter soaked into it. When I called back in to advise that my sandwich was not cooked properly, the young man was very polite and advised it would be remade. We then received a call back from the manager asking what the issue was with the order. We explained the issue and was advised that the toaster was broken. Since he was having troubles hearing us we asked for him to come out to the car to speak with us. When he arrived to the car, he advised the toaster is broken and offered another sandwich. I asked why this information is not provided to the customer during the ordering process. I was advised "Everyone just eats the sandwich. You're the only one to complain." I proceeded to just request a refund. Customer service goes a long way. Understand that you customers are spending their money, and a simple sentence (Our toaster isn't working properly right now. Would you still like to order that?) can go a long way. We spent close to $30.00 on food that was mostly thrown away. #lostcustomer

Ordered (and paid for) bacon double cheeseburger, asked for no lettuce and extra onions. What I got was 2 paties and some bacon on a bun. I had to have them repeat my order several times because the speaker was bad and then verified it at the window. It was drive thru so lesson learned, check INSIDE the wrapping before leaving. This is the 2nd trying Sonic in row and both times bad service, not getting what I ordered. It will be the last

My food was average, but the facility has a real run down, cobbled together feeling. They have not done anything positive to the facility. I will not be back. Chikfila located next door looked great and was very busy. Quite the contrast.

Pizza pizza eatin at sonic thats funny. The slushy machine works consistantly. If it does break (bc its a big seller) a manger kbows basic repair to keep them coning.
They have NEVER gotten my order right either. I would highly recommend anywhere else.
