No one answers the phones. Noone is allowed into building at the building department. Security guard doesn't care to help you. Can't talk to anyone when they have lost your paid, approved permits. The security guard tells everyone to call but would be great if a human answered. If you get lucky, they will put you on hold for 30+ minutes. Terrible staff!! I wish I can give them zero stars!
