Poor service, doctors are good , office people don’t have any manner, talk to patient poorly , don’t response on time and if you call again , they says why call multiple times.

It’d be nice if they could actually answer their phone. I couldn’t reschedule an appointment and now I can’t even make one! They never call you back, either. I only go there for therapy, but I shudder to think about how the actual doctors must be if even reception is unreceptive.

I think at the golisano center they offer counseling it's beside the hospital emergency room
It's basically just an urgent care that starts at five o'clock. You go there for less serious things that you don't need to go to the ER for.
