Awful customer service experience, one employee was taking care of an order while the other one ranted in the back room about his job. Finally comes up to the counter and ends up telling me “You don’t need to take up space in the line.” As an answer to my question. Clearly they hate their job but they shouldn’t take it out on customers that politely wait for you to finish complaining lol.

Miserable workers who make you jump through hoops that don’t make sense and other USPS don’t do. The USPS by Target has lovely workers and works with you to problem solve. Not here. Fyi, bring ALL pieces of paper that you think they could possibly ask for even if they don’t make sense, or you will be going back and forth.

Gary is the most rude employee I've ever experienced at the post office I don't think there has been a time that I've gone in there and he hasn't been rude to me and several other people in line he should be fired immediately

Just left this location and will never be back. The customer service rep, John, was rude and unwelcoming to say the least. I almost left and went to fedex but I specifically wanted to get his name. When I first arrived he was finishing up another guest. When I approached the counter I said “ Hi? How are you?” And he ignored it. And just put his hand on the box and said “I need addresses.” I rarely mail packages and each other post office I had been to would just ask me the address and type them in the computer. I explained the to him and he just said “we don’t do that here.”
