Twice in one week I had to mail important papers. Once via USPS certified mail and the other via UPS 2nd day. The guy behind the counter actually completed the certified mail slips. The post office makes you step aside, complete the forms and get back in line. Both times, this guy worked quickly and efficiently getting me in & out. Why go to the post office if I can get better service here?
