After restaurant hopping for about 20 mins, My kids & I ended up at IHOP. It was packed, but our wait was maybe 15mins. The waitress was quick w/ putting our orders in. We enjoyed our breakfast 😋 that Sunday Morning/Afternoon. Everything was good🥞🍳🥓 except for my Grits (It was hella lumpy). Btw... 😬Parking was a bit of a hassle! I actually had to wait on a family to leave and followed them out for their parking space.

Clean, nice waitress. Food as expected. Nice air conditioned to get out of the hot muggy weather. Walking distance from our hotel although the walk was along a 3 lane highway and kind of scary. Not rushed to get out. Seated quickly.

Sir i go to this particular IHOP quite regular and ive never had a problem with being seated and i go when its busy and not busy. Im sure this is a just an isolated incident. Give them another chance and im sure you will be very satisfied. I actually love that place. I go there for celebrations such as birthdays and when i return from a trip out of town sometimes with my daughter or my best friend.
