I literally sat at the front door for 30 minutes and watched as my phone calls was repeatedly ignored. When I came inside and asked "Are you closed" The waiter replied " No just really busy " It was was only 5 people inside at the time.

Sir i go to this particular IHOP quite regular and ive never had a problem with being seated and i go when its busy and not busy. Im sure this is a just an isolated incident. Give them another chance and im sure you will be very satisfied. I actually love that place. I go there for celebrations such as birthdays and when i return from a trip out of town sometimes with my daughter or my best friend.

Restaurant was at the most 1/4 occupied. About 4 staff and cook in sight. Was seated then proceeded to wait 15-20 mins with no waitress. No one came to ask for drink order, zilch. I approached a waitress busy folding napkins who said the waitress would be by shortly. Said waitress then passed by nodding she would be back. Saw her pass again, waited another 5 mins and left. Go here if you are really not planning to eat. Wish I read the reviews before stopping in.
