We absolutely recommend Miranda Cuisine and Bar at the EB Hotel in Miami Springs! Quite surprising! We had dinner there tonight and the food was excellent. The presentation, the combination of innovative dishes and the perfect fusion of international flavors, make this a restaurant that we will frequently visit. Chef Adriana personally attended to us table side and restaurant manager Alberto was very courteous and professional. Looking forward to go back again Can’t say enough. . We will be back soon!

We came here prior to our cruise and let me tell you the reviews were spot on. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We went to eat at here at Miranda restaurant and it was delicious!!!! Our server was Brian and he was very nice and attentive. He made my husband and I some of the best Long Islands we have EVER HAD!!!!!! If you are in Miami this hotel and restaurant is a must!!!!!!

Had a fabulous evening ! The food was amazing . I recommend the beet and kale salad! For our entree we had the Salmon with curry sauce! Our waitress Rosa was so so nice and took the best care of us!. Thank you so much ! You made our evening! Even the chef can put to introduce herself! Adrianna you are an amazing chef!

What an incredible experience. Miranda is a restaurant out of Miami standards. I have been visiting this city for 15 years and today I am amazed, my waitress was elegant, classy, she knew the menu perfectly, aware of every detail. Rosa recommended me a unique lamb. Juicy, soft, tasty, well presented……. Speechless. My son ordered a smooth as silk New York steak, served with a barley risotto ( we had never tried something like this before), the handmade dessert was perfect and well balanced in sugar. I wish we had restaurants like this in Trinidad. The barman needs a smile but elegant doing his job. The chef is the most passionate employee I have ever seen, you can feel it in his dishes. Not only did he speak at our table, but I saw him at all tables in the restaurant. Like a Michelin restaurant in New York. Thanks for the experience to the Miranda management. See you soon!
