Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I went in today to get a cut and style. The lady who was cutting my hair didn't know that I was also getting it styled (I don't do much just straighten it out) so she rushed the style and still charged me full price. It cost me just over thirty three dollars for this cut. I expected it to be dead straight. No frizzyness and a clean straight part. She not only didn't style it correctly to the point I had to go home and style it myself before finishing my errands, but she tried to give me a completely different cut than what I usually do. I'm not coming back, I'll find someone who knows how to do the job correctly. The photo of me in the mirror is the style she charged me for. The other photo is how I style and do my hair everyday

The fact that I use this place as my own personal hair salon should tell you that I personally dont have any complaints about any of the cut or coloring that I have received here. The stylists are great at their jobs, and most importantly, they listen to their customers. When I couldn't get anyone else to color my hair one of the stylists here was not afraid to give it a try. Fyi though, if you have badly damaged hair they will probably refuse to bleach it, unless you are okay with your hair falling out completely. So listen to them when they give suggestions, they know what they are talking about.
