Hey bravo to the busy- packed store for making an effort at getting us out and happy! Thanks. Gentleman with the red hair was a big help, answered questions and played the sales role well. My computer is dandy and so is the printer. Go in and atleast look around. Some people are really there to help.

My friend and I went to this Best Buy to buy a tv. My friend and I were ignored for 20+ mins. As we talked about how we think they can work on their customer service a women (Debbie) came up to us very aggressively to tell us to leave as she thought we were being rude. The amount of aggression had to be defused by me, the customer. Horrible customer service. Good job Benton thank you for the fast efficient job you did as Debbie avoid us the whole time we were here. Since she knows she was definitely in the wrong.

I recently worked with Matthew McDougall and Jason Burdette and they were very efficient and knew directly how to help me. (In Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.) I was able to get off the primary co-signer and establish my own account. City Bank approved me, but not without a hassle as I have a Fraud Alert on my Credit which I personal made. Matthew and Jason were able to jump through the requests of the Primary holder. I must say she was not very nice, and they did everything to appease her. I myself had a pleasant experience and they were actually wonderful and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Best Buy for having such qualified, easy going gentlemen to help this process. Kudos to you all for knowing quality employees and how they shine. My personal thanks to Matthew, and Jason. You were both amazing. I am writing this two weeks down the road as I just got my card today, otherwise I would have done this sooner. Thank you so much gentlemen.

Reluctantly and as a last resort I went to the Geek Squad for computer help. WOW! What a pleasant surprise! I expected hourly employees without specific computer expertise but was desperate... What I found was totally knowledgeable computer guys!! They knew their stuff and got me all fixed up and I didn't have to buy a new computer like I thought I would have to. Note: Pretty much all the employees try to get you to buy the Total Tech membership. (Don't know if it's a commission thing or what?) But, if you are having computer work done, it just might be worth considering. For me, it was WELL WORTH it as it not only covered all my repairs but also provided back up services from my cell phone to a portable drive (and I didn't buy my phone there nor do I have service there.) Plus they match prices from anywhere (including Amazon) and the Total Tech adds to the warranty. I am sold on the Geeks! You won't be disappointed.

Best bet is to sell on craigslist
Not sure about that!!! Go into a store or call them!!! Maybe look online!!!
It would make the process faster as it would depend on availability of an employee being "free" to help between appointments.
Probably better calling them than posting somewhere they don't monitor.
Normal
I know unavailable near by means that the stores in your area, whatever the distance is that you set, none of them have it. I've never gotten a stove so I can't say as to the delivery cost
Yes...but only at select stores
No they are not
Any Mac or higher end Dell should be great. I would go in and ask an employee to help you narrow down options based on what you need :)
Yes! It's called a trade-in. You get a Best Buy gift card. You can find the estimated price on https://tradein.bestbuy.com/client/#/catalog
I haven't seen a hand held Yahtzee game in stores, but worth the few seconds to check online.
That would be something for the Geek Squad team. It's internal hardware. It's not like taking the back off a smart phone. Give' m a call when they open. Time saver
Not sure. I do know this for sure. Do your own research before you go in. There staff is either unknowledgable zit faced punks, or better than you and don't have time to help you with anything.
First of all how many times has it occurred? You could do a system restore but typically it was caused by something. It could be as simple as a new software and something with it and your system didn't mesh. I had one time several blue screens, it turned out to be 1 ram module out of 8 was bad
Haven't you heard? When it comes to tech, Geeks can do anything.
Yes they do. Also, if you select the specific store online, you can select the item andnit will show what is availavlenfor immediate pickup.
Nope
